As Founder of ReYou Global and ICF-Certified Executive Coach with dual US-Italian citizenship, Paola Albanese brings unique insight to AI-era transformation, having navigated business acceleration from the inside for over two decades.
Her journey spans Silicon Valley’s 2000 tech boom, multinational executive roles, and co-founding a digital marketing agency. As digital marketing agencies were among the first industries to face AI’s impact on business models, she experienced firsthand how AI reshapes value creation and client relationships.
After being acquired by a leading French digital marketing group and completing the strategic exit, Paola evolved her expertise into executive coaching, applying decades of technology transformation experience to help executives navigate AI-era change.
